Who has ever has a lousy Performance Appraisal? Most of us at some point in our careers. This course is designed to help managers understand the planned process and purpose of conducting an effective two- way appraisal between them and their subordinate. It is to help managers use this process as a review tool and not a ‘whipping’ tool.
