These programmes are tutor led and run over 2 and 3 days. They can be run as an in house or open course.

Course Profiles
Managers and Supervisors are required to work efficiently and effectively in many different teams. Today’s business requires its managers and its supervisors to establish new teams and streamline the existing ones. Businesses expect their people to perform swiftly and achieve results in line with the business objectives. In today’s ever evolving world, these objectives can sometimes change overnight and therefore leaders need to be able to effectively communicate these changes. They also need to be flexible, competent, committed and able to lead its people forward. It is the responsibility of a manager or supervisors to tap into the talent of those they manage by using various tools & techniques to get the most out of their people. All these programmes are run by Training in Excellence.
