This programme is tutor lead over 2 days. It can be run as an in house or open course.

Course Profile
Using a mixture of discussion, case study, exercises, individual and group work. Becoming a Supervisor is designed to increase knowledge, awareness and understanding of managing both self and others.

Target Audience
Newly appointed supervisors in all departments – who are responsible for achieving results through other people.

Benefits
